Thank you for purchasing tickets to The Light Show NWA. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following options for ticket refunds. Add Purchase Protection for a small fee and get a 100% refund of your registration purchase should you be prevented from attending due to a qualifying unforeseen circumstance. Tickets are non-transferable.

- Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days of the request. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement may vary depending on your card issuer.
- Event Cancellations:
- Weather or Unforeseen Events: In the unlikely event that we must cancel an evening’s show due to extreme weather or other unforeseen major events, ticket holders will be offered the option to reschedule to another date or receive a full refund.
