How do I buy tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online through our website. We strongly recommend buying in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Tickets can be purchased at the gate but cost is a little more.
Are there restrooms available?
A: Yes, restroom facilities are available at the entrance and exit of the show.
Can we get out of our car to take photos?
A: For safety reasons, we ask that all guests remain in their vehicles at all times during the visit.
Is the event pet-friendly?
A: Yes, pets are welcome but must remain inside the vehicle throughout the show.
- What happens if it rains?
A: The Light Show NWA operates rain or shine! Only in extreme weather conditions like heavy snow, flooding conditions or ice then we will close, and ticket holders will be notified of rescheduling options.
Are tickets per vehicle regardless of number of passengers?
A: Yes. Each ticket is for one time use for a single vehicle regardless of the number of occupants in the vehicle.
- How long is the wait to get in?
A: Wait times vary based on time and day. Sunday through Thursday is usually drive right in. Before 7pm or after 9pm on any night is best to further reduce wait times.
- What is the Maximum Vehicle Height Allowed?
A: The maximum height for a vehicle is 7-foot 10-inches high.
